RSS-Syndication for estate and jobs
Syndication of international property, housing and job ads
Just Landed operates a specialized housing and job portal for people moving abroad. To facilitate the upload of multiple listing, we offer an automated syndication of ads to Just Landed.
How does this work?
Your listings are automatically uploaded into our database via an RSS-feed that contains the required data for the upload. A RSS feed is file that contains the data of your ads in a standard format. This allows Just Landed to collect the file, parse it into our database and display the content to users on our sites. To do so, we need an RSS-feed from you that matches our specifications at rss.justlanded.com.
How does the RSS-syndication generate customer enquiries?

All syndicated listings are linked to a page with the original housing or job ad on your site. To get in contact with the person that has uploaded the ad, users will have to go to your site and use the contact options offered by you. This means that
- you generate additional traffic and user enquiries at your site
- all user enquiries are directly attributed to your site, leveraging the number of contacts that you can offer to your customers
Since your RSS-ads are attributed to the search structure of Just Landed (i.e. in terms of location, number of rooms, prices, salaries etc.), they are shown specifically to users that are looking for what you're offering. For this reasons, syndicated ads generate a very high clickthrough rate and a high amount of user enquiries.
