As Administrative Assistant, you will be in charge of day-to-day office management and administrative tasks, working directly with management and making sure that our internal operations run efficiently and smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Repond to telephone enquiries both from private users and advertising customers
  • Track and manage contracts with suppliers and partners, inclucing business licenses, contracts and lease agreements
  • Sort and distribute mail, check and follow-up
  • Check and file invoices, reconcile payments
  • Handle labour contracts and payments, working with external service providers
  • Handle day-to-day office management, supplies, cleaning and repair services, and other upcoming needs
  • Manage daily moderation tasks in our community

Skills and experience

  • Native Spanish speaker
  • Fluent written and spoken English required, additional languages a plus
  • Minimum one to two years corporate office experience
  • Strong organisational skills; must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Expertise with document formatting, Excel and able to calculate figures and numbers
  • Absolute reliability for handling processes and meeting deadlines
